I've been using Rick's for more than 20 years. Just this morning I had some maintenance done on my Subaru, and anyone who knows Subaru knows that the parts aren't cheap. Rick's did the service I needed far cheaper than the dealer would have (and the Knoxville Subaru dealer has never been great to deal with either) and were by and far much friendlier. Rick was 600 dollars cheaper than the dealership to repair the same thing. Rear seal and oil gasket. I have known him for several years and is a very honest man.
